Lompoc Police are investigating a shooting incident that happened yesterday morning. Authorities say it happened at the Conserv Fuel gas station on East Ocean Avenue. The victim was pumping gas when a white van pulled up and someone inside the van opened fire. The victim was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment and is in stable condition. Police found the van on East Cypress. A search warrant for the van and a residence helped officers nab a possible suspect.
