Paso Moving Forward With Homeless Shelter

Paso Robles is moving forward with a plan to build a homeless shelter next to the city’s water treatment plant on Sulfer Springs Road. It would be the city’s first permanent homeless shelter that would serve as an overnight warming center during the coldest months of the year. City officials have applied for a 1.8 million dollar Homeless Emergency Aid Program grant that would fund the project.
