The San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works will begin addressing the concerns of a number of Los Osos residents this morning. Residents have long complained about the 55 MPH speed limit on South Bay Blvd. and the lack of traffic lights around the town. Construction of a new traffic signal is slated to begin this morning at the intersection of Nipomo and South Bay Blvd… Drivers in the area can expect minor delays. The project is expected to continue until mid-May.
