Caltrans can proceed with plans to stop left turns at Highway 101 and El Campo Road thanks to a ruling from a judge in Sacramento. That was good news for the Grant Family, who lost their son at the intersection near Letitia Winery last October. The Grants and Letitia Winery are working together in hopes to fast track an overpass from El Campo Rd across Hwy 101.
