The investigation into the suspicious death of a man over the weekend continues. The San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim as 20-year-old Primitivo Ortega. His body was found just off Estrella Road near Hog Canyon Sunday morning. Investigators are asking for anyone who may have seen him or has information about his whereabouts between Saturday, and Sunday at 6:45 a.m. to contact the Sheriff’s Office. Officials are still considering his death suspicious but have not released any information about how he died.
