The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the moments that led to a woman jumping off an overpass Friday morning. San Luis Obispo Police Officers responded to reports of a woman hanging from the Madonna Road overpass at around 11 a.m… When officers arrived, she jumped into a southbound lane of the 101. She was pronounced dead at the scene. no other information is currently available pending notification of next of kin. The investigation is ongoing.
