As firefighters slowly but surely continue to gain control of the Kincade Fire in Sonoma County, all evacuation orders have been lifted in the area. Residents must now start the recovery process. To help fund the recovery, Paso Robles Wine Country is rallying to help the victims. Several wineries and businesses will be donating a dollar from every bottle of wine sold during November.
