Plans for a mixed-use condo building in Pismo Beach have been put on hold. The Pismo Beach Planning Commission denied the 20,000-square-foot project that would have included residential units, restaurant space and retail space on Price Street. The developers say they will probably appeal to the City Council. No word on when it may come up on the council agenda.
