The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in San Luis Obispo jumped to 42 with 9 new cases reported yesterday. The largest daily local increase since the first case was reported 10 days ago. While two patients have been hospitalized, six have reportedly made full recoveries. Santa Barbara County health officials announced that one person was hospitalized and 19 were quarantined and recovering at home. Four patients have made full recoveries after completing 14 days of observation.
