Atascadero Fire officials say a single-family home was destroyed early yesterday morning. Fire crews responded to a report of a structure fire on Vega Avenue just after midnight. The home was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived. Everyone inside the home was able to escape. No injuries were reported. The cause is under investigation.
