Karate Kid 2 getting over looked a little in the Sequel department & Jeremy gained some ground instead of pounds in the weight department today. The question is who’s fighting for his life Daniel Larussa or Jeremy???

So Far Jeremy has lost 3.4% of his body weight… Cheeba has seemed to back off on her progress dropping only 5.4% to date… Who will have to broadcast their number? The race and the waist is getting tighter!

This morning the Blues GM Adam Stowe and Head Coach Chal Fanning stopped by and filled us in on what is going on at the Ballpark this season and how the consolidation of baseball talent in San Luis Obispo is good for SLO Blues fans and Rattlers fans.

Cheeba used to do some representation work for Rock bands 311 and Linkin Park… This morning she gave us some insight on how these bands, and others collect a paycheck.

Joe Callero filled us in on what his basketball camp is all about, and what it was like coaching Brian Scalabrini in Community College and at USC.
