A New Study has shown that Non-Alcoholic beer is good for people who are training to run marathons.

If you want to boost your health, German researchers found that you’re
supposed to drink beer. Unfortunately, they want you to drink non-alcoholic
beer. Researchers found the consumption of non-alcoholic weissbier — wheat beer — has a positive effect on athletes’ health. Groups of marathoners and triathletes drank up to 1.5
liters — more than six glasses of beer — of the stuff each day and suffered
less inflammation, a stronger immune system and fewer respiratory infections
after the races.

Mildred Baena’s first interview is out, and in it, she reveals that she never
actually told Arnold Schwarzenegger about the child they had together, People reports. Though she’s not sure of
Schwarzenegger’s reaction to the news that he has a 13-year-old son, Baena did
reveal to Hello! how Maria Shriver reacted. Baena admitted the truth after Shriver and others in the household began to notice
Joseph’s strong resemblance to Arnold. “She would say things like, ‘I’m here if you need to talk,’” Baena says. “Finally, she asked point blank.” When Baena confessed and fell to her knees crying, Shriver “was so strong. She cried with
me and told me to get off my knees. We held each other and I told her it wasn’t Arnie’s fault, that it takes two.” As for Baena’s son, he had a much less emotional reaction to the news: He simply said, “Cool!”
