A New Study has shown that Non-Alcoholic beer is good for people who are training to run marathons.

If you want to boost your health, German researchers found that you’re
supposed to drink beer. Unfortunately, they want you to drink non-alcoholic
beer.
Researchers found the consumption of non-alcoholic weissbier — wheat beer — has a positive effect on athletes’ health. Groups of marathoners and triathletes drank up to 1.5
liters — more than six glasses of beer — of the stuff each day and suffered
less inflammation, a stronger immune system and fewer respiratory infections
after the races.
