We get the Skinny from CHP officer Chris Fisher on what the Law is on flashing your lights at oncoming traffic!

Category: Audio, Charitable Causes, living here, politics / Tag: CHP, driving, driving infraction, first ammendment rights, high beams / Add Comment

Flashing your high beams Illegal AND frowned upon. At least in the eyes of the CHP. Fellow commutors? Well that’s a different story.

This all stems from Erich Campbell’s attempt to get a class action lawsuit against the FHP for issuing tickets for flashing your high beams… when really it violates your first ammendment rights.
