You guys are very misinformed about this situation. LIVE hasn’t toured or released any material since the break-up. Chad Taylor and company are just starting a petty lawsuit over nothing.

Ed left the band because his bandmates were unhappy he was writing a solo album. The other bandmembers started a new band with Kevin Martin that failed, so they are now trying to bring back LIVE with a very average singer. The lawsuit is bogus.
