Court Date Moved For Black Lives Matter Protester

The protest organizer arrested during a Black Lives Matter march in July was in court yesterday. During her arraignment, Tianna Arata did not enter a plea. She’s facing 13 misdemeanors when she appears in court again in two weeks. Meanwhile, Elias Bautista pleaded not guilty to a felony count of resisting an executive officer and two misdemeanor counts of resisting, obstructing, or delaying a peace officer. Bautista is due back in court on the 14th.
