Hundreds of people filled the Cal Poly Performing Arts Center yesterday to remember Monica Cantu. She was the Good Samaritan who died while trying to help the victim of a wrong-way driver crash in Paso Robles last month. CHP investigators say that while she was trying to help the victim, another vehicle lost control, hitting and killing her at the scene. Her co-workers shared how her presence could be felt across the campus.
