Firefighters had made progress dealing with a fire that erupted in Santa Clarita yesterday before the strong winds returned. The fire had pretty much laid down last night Firefighters were feeling better about it, until Santa Ana winds returned, fanning the flames. Again raging and burning homes right now. It is a mass exodus to get out — bumper to bumper in some areas as an immediate evacuation is underway — people are racing to get out of their homes — stuck in traffic trying to get out.
