Housing Costs In California On The Rise

Shocking new numbers from the California Association of Realtors spotlighting California’s unfolding housing crisis. The group found the median home price in San Francisco is now 1.5-million-dollars and that it takes an annual income of at least 309-thousand-dollars to afford a home. Los Angeles County’s median home price is at 650-thousand dollars. It takes at least 127-thousand-dollars per year to afford a home in L-A County. According to Zillow, the median home price in San Luis Obispo County is $614,700.
