Governor Gavin Newsom announced yesterday that California was moving into stage 2 of reopening the state’s economy. Some businesses could begin reopening as soon as Friday. Newsom’s list to begin reopening for pickup included, clothing, bookstores, music, toys, sporting goods stores, and florists. Some San Luis Obispo County business owners are getting a head start on re-opening plans. A number of them are already working to put new social distancing guidelines in place.
