In an effort to better connect with local residents, The Morro Bay Police Department is hosting a Citizen’s Academy. The 2019 Academy will be held every Thursday beginning on September 12th. Each three-hour-long class will cover a different aspect of law enforcement. Topics will include a look into each of the department’s divisions and include a Q&A session.
