Restaurants And Retail Shops Will Begin To Reopen In SLO County

San Luis Obispo County is one of 29 counties in California being allowed to move more quickly through Stage 2 of Governor Gavin Newsom’s Pandemic Resilience Roadmap. That means restaurants will now be allowed to offer dine-in service to some extent. Dine-in restaurants and retail stores will be allowed to reopen following industry-specific guidelines. Dr. Penny Borenstein said the move forward was not a win for everyone. Meanwhile, Santa Barbara also made the list and will be allowed to begin reopening restaurants and retail stores.
