If you haven’t heard, California is under a…stay at home order….which officials insist isn’t a lockdown…though it might look like one. ABC’s Chief National Correspondent Matt Gutman reports this shelter at home or stay at home order is not a request, say officials…it is an order. It pertains pretty much to anyone who works in critical sectors, right now, obviously, doctors nurses, but also people involved in keeping the infrastructure going. Also groceries, laundromats, cleaners, people like that.
