Caltrans officials say a section of Highway 154 will remain closed for at least another month. Crews are working around the clock on an emergency project to reopen the stretch of highway leading to Lake Cachuma that has been closed since the beginning of this month. Officials say the culvert that runs under the highway has been cleared of the debris that sent water rushing over the highway. Now the crews are working on repairing the damage the water caused. Officials are hopeful to have the highway completely open by mid-March.
