Alice Cooper and the Runaways will both be featured on the new Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock video game. The game, which hits stores September 26, will include the Runaway's iconic hit "Cherry Bomb" along with Cooper's classic rock standard, "No More Mr. Nice Guy." According to Cooper, "No More Mr. Nice Guy" is a perfect choice for the game, as it speaks to many generations of gamers and rock fans.

Stone Temple Pilots have added a string of U.S. dates to their their tour itinerary, which will keep them out on the road into the fall. The North American run, which is set to kick off August 7 at Rock on the Range in Winnepeg, Manitoba, will now run through October 16, when it will wrap up at Santa Rosa Beach in Pensacola, Florida. STP was originally scheduled to close the tour on September 5 at the PNC Bank Pavilion in Holmdel, New Jersey.

The video for Stone Sour's new single, "Say You'll Haunt Me" has made its debut. The offering was directed by Paul R. Brown, who has previously worked with such bands as Slipknot, Korn, Godsmack and Avenged Sevenfold. "It was one of those songs that I didn't really feel until it was finished," frontman Corey Taylor told the Pulse of Radio. "I enjoyed the lyrics but I wasn't sure about the music."
