Officials say investigators had information regarding a parolee, who was known to law enforcement and had warrants for parole and drug charges. They found 33-year-old Joshua Finneran’s car at a local hotel and kept an eye on it until he and 25-year-old Michele Chavez returned. Chavez was found to be in possession of meth and fentanyl.
