Governor Explains Death Penalty Moratorium

California Gov. Gavin Newsom explained his reasoning in deeply personal terms for ending the death penalty in California. Dan Dow is opposed to the governor’s move, Santa Barbara County District Attorney Joyce Dudley says she still has the death penalty available in Special Circumstance Murder cases.
