Anyone who has tried to park in Paso Robles knows, Parking in the Downtown area is a pain. Last night Paso Robles City Council members heard from business owners and area residents about the ongoing problem. The council has been looking at five proposals, including timed parking limits and paid hourly parking options. Council members approved a $1.00 hourly rate with the first 90-minutes free throughout the Downtown Area. The city council plans to discuss valet parking, event parking, and a shuttle program.
