A traffic stop in Paso Robles landed an Atascadero couple behind bars. Paso Robles police say it started Monday night when an officer stopped 36-year-old Henry Long for a mechanical violation. It was determined that long was driving on a suspended license. His passenger, 42-year-old Amanda Valencia, had an outstanding warrant. During a search of the car, police found 60 grams of meth, 24 grams of heroin, assorted pills, and paraphernalia. Both were booked on numerous drug charges.
