SLO Public Market has signed a new tenant. Sugar Lips Mini Donuts has been serving up mini doughnuts since 2007 and will get its first brick-and-mortar store in December of this year. Ben and Jessica Brown are looking forward to expanding “flavors, sauces and toppings” from their current product line at their future location. So far 11 businesses have signed on to be part of the new shopping destination at the corner of Tank Farm and South Higuera that is expected to be open to the public in September.
