The County of San Luis Obispo Behavioral Health Department has received a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety. The 55,000 dollar grant will help fund ongoing youth educational efforts designed to keep our roadways safe. Experts say vehicle crashes are the leading cause of teens between 15 and 18-years-old. CHP officials say more than half of those crashes are attributed to distracted driving.
