Building Boom In Paso Robles

Developers, contractors and construction crews should be busy in Paso Robles over the next 10-years. The Paso Robles Planning Commission and City Council have approved a number of projects that could make the area a new boomtown. Paso Robles currently has a less than 2-percent rental vacancy rate and fewer single-family homes. The number of recently approved projects should bring thousands of new homes to the area. One such project slated for the former Olsen and South Chandler ranches would bring 1200 new homes to the area. The City Council will review those plans next week.
