San Luis Obispo Police have identified the victim of a fatal pedestrian versus vehicle collision that happened late Tuesday night. Investigators say 52-year-old Micheal Hamlin of San Luis Obispo died from injuries suffered in the collision. The driver of the vehicle that struck him, a 76-year-old man, was cooperative with police. Drugs or alcohol were not contributing factors. The investigation into what caused the collision is ongoing.
