Paso Robles Police say three people were arrested and a minor was cited on suspicion of car theft over the weekend. It started early Saturday morning with a stolen car from a closed garage. Police found the car on a residential street and saw the suspects fleeing on foot. The getaway vehicle was reported stolen out of Shafter and the license plates were stolen from another vehicle in Paso Robles. All four were taken into custody and are facing a number of charges.
