Santa Barbara County has reported 22 new cases of COVID-19. Officials point out that seven of those cases are inmates at the federal prison in Lompoc. According to KSBY, The California Department of Public Health has agreed with County officials o not include inmate cases in the county’s overall number, which could help Santa Barbara County in the reopening process.
