County officials have sent the applications and are waiting for the go-ahead from state officials. Meanwhile, businesses affected by Phase 2, restaurants, curbside retail, office-based businesses, car washes, and landscaping are making adjustments to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff. County officials say moving further into Stage 2 could happen within days.
