Atascadero Police say a man is behind bars after he used a fake name in an attempt to get medication. Police say they are familiar with the suspect, he was arrested for allegedly robbing Chalk Mountain Liquor Store a few weeks ago. 21-year-old Kyle Walls was out on bond when he was arrested while leaving Aegis Medical Systems on Morro Road Thursday afternoon. The investigation is ongoing.
