San Luis Obispo County health officials have announced a third COVID-19-related death. Officials say the 61-year-old had significant underlying health conditions. They also reported 37 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the county’s total to 845 confirmed cases. Santa Barbara County reported 121 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the county’s total to 3,808 confirmed cases.
