Evacuation warnings for people living near the Pond Fire have been lifted. Cal Fire officials say firefighters now have the upper hand on the fire that, at one time, threatened 200 structures, and forced the evacuations of several residents in the area. The wildfire that broke out on Sunday is currently 85 percent contained. Mop-up operations are underway. Full containment is expected by this weekend.
