San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s investigators have identified the man whose dismembered body was found at a Nipomo golf course last week. 53-year-old Santa Maria resident Joseph Govey had a history of criminal activity when his family reported him missing in August of last year. Two Santa Maria residents were arrested Tuesday after Govey’s body was found in a pond at Blacklake Golf Resort. 37-year-old Donald Anderson has pleaded not guilty to charges against. 35-year-old Kimberly Machleit is due in court later this week.
