A San Luis Obispo Judge has put an end to billboards that advertise cannabis along California highways. Friday’s ruling struck down a 2019 regulation adopted by the California Bureau of Cannabis Control that allowed such advertising. But a suit filed last year by a San Luis Obispo father of two claimed the billboards were illegal under Business and Professions Code section 26152(d) enacted under California Prop 64.
