CHP investigators say an Oceano man died in a rollover accident last night in Arroyo Grande. According to authorities, the crash happened on Los Berros Road just before 6:30. 65-year-old Robert Radtke was towing a utility trailer northbound on Los Berros Road at an unknown speed when he made an unsafe turning movement, left the road, and onto an embankment before rolling the vehicle. Radtke died after being thrown from the vehicle. It’s unclear if drugs or alcohol played a part in the crash.
