Strong winds are being blamed for several power outages that affected more than 1600 customers on the Central Coast. PG&E officials say crews responded to 48 separate outages throughout San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties. They added that more outages are expected with a stronger storm system on the way.
