Morro Bay Police say a man they believe is responsible for a weekend drive-by shooting is in custody. The shooting happened Saturday night at around 9:45 on Rennel Street. 24-year-old Samuel Sparks allegedly shot at the home several times, hitting a car in the driveway. He was taken into custody Sunday night. While the investigation is ongoing, Sparks is facing several charges including shooting at an inhabited dwelling, and child endangerment.
