The CHP is investigating a deadly accident that happened late last night in Templeton. Authorities say a 17-year-old girl was walking on the right hand shoulder of the northbound 101 just north of the Las Tablas Road off ramp just before 11 p.m… Investigators are trying to figure out why the girl would step directly into the path of oncoming cars.
