State Parks officials say a Bay Area man was killed at the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area last weekend. He is the fourth person to die at the park in the past six months. Authorities say a crash last Saturday between an ATV and another vehicle was the cause of 37-year-old Shawn Imlig’s death. The driver of the other vehicle was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Meanwhile, the California Coastal Commission will meet on July 11th at the Embassy Suites in San Luis Obispo to consider closing the Dunes to off-road vehicles, or adding more restrictions.
