Quake Rattles Salinas Area Felt In SLO County

Just a day after An earthquake rattled nerves and windows in the Bay Area, another quake hit about 20 miles east of Salinas. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the 4.7 magnitude quake happened at around 12:42 yesterday afternoon in Tres Pinos in San Benito County. Some Paso Robles and Atascadero residents reported feeling the quake. USGS officials also reported to small temblors hit northeast of Cambria and Cayucos early yesterday morning.
