The San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office has charged an Arroyo Grande woman with murder following an apparent DUI crash that killed an elderly man last week. Investigators say 26-year-old Chelsea Stiles was allegedly under the influence, with an 18-month-old child in her car, when she collided head-on with 72-year-old Terry Tilton last week. She’s scheduled to be back in court later this morning.
