Restaurants and bars across the Central Coast are gearing up for a big night tonight. Police are doing the same. San Luis Obispo police say they will be focused on the downtown area, with added officers on foot, on bikes and in cars. Restaurants and hotels have been reporting that they are at or near full with reservations. And the CHP is reminding revelers that tonight is a maximum enforcement night that starts at 6 and ends at midnight.
