Cause Of Kobe Crash Could Take Awhile

Sunday’s crash investigation is underway as Los Angeles continues to mourn Kobe Bryant and eight others killed. ABC’s Alex Stone says there was no black box onboard so there will be no quick answers. The NTSB says it will take time to figure out why the helicopter hit this hillside. The NTSB’s Jennifer Homendy said, “We’ll look at the airframe, instruments, wreckage, seat configuration, and flight controls.” And now the NTSB is asking for help from the public — asking for pictures of the weather here on Sunday morning that could give investigators an idea of conditions the chopper was flying in.
